- General/ Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Aelohi . The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website of Aelohi .
1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment conditions.
1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties will not be Aelohi recognized.
1.4 Aelohi reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time.
- Agreement
2.1 An agreement between Aelohi and a customer is created after your order has been placed and an order confirmation has been received via the specified email address.
2.2 Aelohi is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Aelohi Please do this within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Offers
3.1 Offers are without obligation unless stated otherwise.

- Prices

4.2 All prices on the site are in Euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price.
4.3 Aelohi is entitled to adjust prices at any time. Any price changes will not be implemented if you have already completed the order.
4.4 If the customer is not located in the Netherlands, the customer is liable for any taxes and levies imposed by the country.
- Payment
5.1 The customer can pay the amount due by means of electronic prepayment or payment by invoice if indicated during the ordering process.
5.2 In the event of failure to make timely payment, Aelohi entitled to cancel the order and no agreement has been reached.
- Delivery
6.1 Delivery times stated on the website are indicative. Therefore, no rights can be derived from the stated times.
6.2 Aelohi strives to meet the indicative delivery time as stated on the website.
6.3 Delivery will only take place after the amount to be paid has been received by Aelohi .
- Right of withdrawal
7.1 The customer has the right, with the exception of digital products, to return (part of) the delivered products within 14 working days after receipt, provided that:
- First contact has been made with Aelohi .
- The products are unused, undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of the package - and these costs and risk are hereby accepted by the customer until Aelohi has received the package.
7.2 Subject to the provisions of Article 7.1, Aelohi will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
7.3 Aelohi reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not received in good order and is entitled to charge costs.
7.4 Digital products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Force majeur
8.1 Aelohi shall not be liable if and to the extent that its obligations cannot be fulfilled as a result of force majeure.
8.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any external cause, as well as any circumstance, which in all reasonableness should not be at its risk. Delays or default by our suppliers, disruptions in the internet, disruptions in electricity, disruptions in e-mail traffic and disruptions or changes in technology supplied by third parties, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Aelohi as well as of auxiliary persons, illness of personnel, defects in auxiliary equipment or means of transport are expressly considered force majeure.
8.3 Aelohi reserves the right to suspend its obligations in the event of force majeure and is also entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be amended in such a way that execution remains possible. In no event is Aelohi obliged to pay any fine or damages.
- Warranty
9.1 On all products of Aelohi the warranty period as determined by applies Aelohi or manufacturer of the product.
9.2 This warranty does not apply if: A) and as long as the customer is in default Aelohi is in default; B) the customer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products themselves or has had them repaired and/or modified by third parties; C) the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or have otherwise been treated carelessly or in conflict with the instructions and/or instructions for use on the packaging.
10. Liability
10.1 Aelohi is not liable for damage to objects caused by incorrect use of products.
11. Complaints
11.1 The customer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. Delivery
6.1 Delivery times mentioned on the website are indicative only. No rights can therefore be derived from these terms.
6.2 Aelohi strives to meet the indicative delivery period as stated on the website.
6.3 Delivery takes place only after the amount to be paid has been received by Aelohi.
Right of withdrawal
7.1 With the exception of digital products, the customer has the right to return (part of) the delivered products within 14 working days of receipt provided that:

The products are unused, undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.
The client is responsible for the costs of shipping and for the risk of the package and these costs and this risk are hereby accepted by the client until Aelohi has received the package.
7.2 Subject to the provisions of clause 7.1, Aelohi will ensure that within 14 days of proper receipt of the return shipment, the purchase price will be refunded to the client.
7.3 Aelohi reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not received in good order and is entitled to charge costs.
7.4 Digital products cannot be exchanged and/or returned.
Force Majeure
8.1 Aelohiis not liable if and insofar as its commitments cannot be fulfilled as a result of force majeure.
8.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any strange cause, as well as any circumstance, which in all reasonableness should not be at its risk. Delay at or failure to perform by our suppliers, internet malfunctions, electricity malfunctions, malfunctions in e-mail traffic and malfunctions or changes in technology supplied by third parties, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, negligence on the part of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Aelohi as well as auxiliaries, sickness of staff, defects in auxiliary or transport equipment count explicitly as force majeure.
8.3 In the event of force majeure Aelohi reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the contents of the agreement be amended in such a way that execution remains possible. In no case shall Aelohi be obliged to pay any penalty or compensation.
Warranty
9.1 On all Aelohi products the warranty period as determined by Aelohi or manufacturer of the product applies.
9.2 This warranty shall not apply if: A) and as long as the customer is in default towards Aelohi; B) the customer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products himself or has had them repaired and/or modified by third parties; C) the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise treated carelessly or have been treated contrary to the instructions and/or instructions for use on the packaging.
10. Liability
10.1 Aelohi is not liable for damage to objects caused by improper use of products.
11. Claims
11.1 The client is obliged to check the products delivered immediately upon receipt. If it transpires that the delivered product is wrong, faulty or incomplete, the client (before proceeding to return it to Aelohi) must report these defects immediately to Aelohi customer service. Any defective or wrongly delivered products should and can be reported to Aelohi by e-mail up to a maximum of 14 working days after delivery. Return of the product must be in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. Use of the product after the discovery of defects, damage occurring after the discovery of defects, encumbrance and/or resale after the discovery of defects, makes this right to complain and return entirely null and void.
11.2 The client is responsible for the costs of shipping and for the risk of the package until Aelohi has received the package.
11.3 If, after examination by Aelohi, the products do not comply with the agreement, the client is entitled to a replacement item, if still available, or a refund of the value of the product.
12. Data management
12.1 If you place an order with Aelohi, your data will be included in the customer database of Aelohi. Aelohi abides by the Data Protection Act and will not provide your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
